1. Purpose

MTOS AI Supervisor is an operator-focused supervisory tool intended to assist with review, consistency checking, evidence assessment, and related MTOS operating support.

2. No brokerage or trading execution authority

MTOS AI Supervisor is not a broker, investment adviser, or order-execution service. It does not independently authorize, place, modify, or cancel trades. Deterministic MTOS safety and authorization controls remain authoritative.

3. No guarantee

The service is provided for operational support and may contain errors, omissions, delays, or unavailable features. No representation is made that outputs are complete, error-free, continuously available, or suitable as the sole basis for a trading or financial decision.

4. Acceptable use

The service must not be used to bypass security controls, authorization gates, broker safeguards, access restrictions, or applicable law. Users must maintain lawful authority to access any data connected to the service.

5. Changes and termination

Features, safety controls, or these terms may be updated as the system evolves. Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary for security, compliance, or safe operation.
